Host & Founder of Ripple Effect Leadership Creative Leadership Consultant

With an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University and 24+ years of experience, Janic knows what it's like to be the one wearing all the hats - trying to lead without a roadmap, questioning every decision, wondering if you're cut out for this.

That's why she founded Ripple Effect Leadership: to help women entrepreneurs move from scattered energy to strategic action. She also helps organizations strengthen culture by creating workplaces where people lead within their role and feel genuinely connected to their work.

What she's learned: self-leadership isn't about motivation. It's about building values-based rhythms that hold up on the messy days.
